The Department for International Trade (DIT) and Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health are delighted to invite you to the first UK-Turkey Healthcare Forum which brings together both the government and the industry representatives.
• Turkey is Growing
Turkey is a growing medical technologies and healthcare services market with a population of 83.6 million, young but aging population. Turkey had spent 4.7% of its GDP on healthcare; 35.4B $ in 2019. Total number of bed capacity operated by public and private hospitals is more than 200,000 as well as with more than 30,000 ICU beds. The UK-Turkey Healthcare Forum will bring together thought-leaders from government and business sector, and will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions and presentations in a number of areas including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, disposables, genomics, digital health and international patient treatment. The Forum will be hosted by the Turkish Health Minister and will enhance commercial activities between the UK and Turkey.
